1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Services, you confirm that you:

Are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
Have the authority to accept these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization
Will comply with all applicable laws and ethical guidelines

KeshavVDA Labs provides:

AI/ML models (including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics)
Developer tools & APIs for integration into third-party applications
Consulting & custom solutions in AI, data analytics, and software development

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Services lawfully and ethically
Not engage in fraud, hacking, spamming, or malicious activities
Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in our Services
Not use AI models to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
Provide accurate information and update it as necessary

AI/ML-Specific Restrictions

You may not use our AI models to:

Generate deepfakes, misinformation, or abusive content
Exploit biases in AI for discriminatory purposes
Automate decisions that may cause legal or physical harm

Compliance with OECD AI Principles, EU AI Act, or other relevant frameworks is required where applicable.

API & Developer Terms

Rate Limits: Abuse (e.g., excessive API calls) may result in throttling or suspension
Data Ownership: You retain rights to input data, but we may use anonymized data for model improvement
Security: Do not expose API keys publicly; report vulnerabilities to us immediately

4. Intellectual Property

All software, models, algorithms, and content provided by KeshavVDA Labs are owned by or licensed to us
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission
For open-source components, follow their respective licenses

5. Privacy & Data Security

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines:

How we collect, store, and process data
Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy laws (if applicable)
Data Retention: We may store logs for security and improvement but will delete personal data upon request (where legally required)

Disputes: First attempt mediation; unresolved disputes go to arbitration/courts in New Delhi

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these ToS. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified via email or website announcements.
